This circa 1880's farmhouse had no heating or cooling on the 2nd floor. There were literally vents in the floor that the owners could open to allow warm air to rise up into the bedrooms.  That meant there was no ductwork to the 2nd floor or an option to run it without substantial modifications to the house.  This was just one of those projects that the owner just never got around to addressing.  The painted floors were solid, but in need of updating.  The owner wanted to make the bedrooms warm and comfortable.

Using the Anji network of contractors, the owner found a contractor that was able to provide 2 solutions for the heating and cooling problem and ultimately decided to go with the contractor recommendation.  The system was installed in a professional manner and the 2nd floor of this home feels luxurious any season with heating, air conditioning and beautiful carpet.
